Cancellations due to inclement weather
If you
are home, turn your TV to Channel 7, WHDH-TV.
Channel
7 News will broadcast our cancellation on the banner that runs across the
bottom of your TV screen.
If you
are at work, log onto
TheBostonChannel.com. Our cancellation will
appear on their site.
You will
NOT be notified via email or telephone.
Unexpected (non-weather related)
cancellations
An email
notification will be sent to the Grupo Folclórico de Crianças Email
Distribution List.
If you
do not have email, the Parent/Guardian Contact will be notified by
telephone.
Important Note to all Parents/Guardians
All
notifications will be made using the information provided from your
child's 2007/2008 Enrollment Form. Please
email us as soon as
possible if your contact information changes. We cannot be held
responsible for notifying you if we do not have accurate information.
